Does it hurt?
It has a scratchy feeling on the skin which is similar to having microdermabrasion. It is slightly uncomfortable but not painful. It’s certainly not as painful as having SPMU done! We advise you not to put any numbing cream on the area prior to the treatment as this will effect how well the ink/pigment is removed from the skin.
Is Tattoo Remoov™ safe and legal?
Yes. At GennAesthetics we only work with products we believe in. We only use the tattoo removal technique created by the Linda Paradis Group. Having the safety of our clients in mind, we have listed below the information regarding regulation of the products used in this technique both in the USA and Europe.
Why should I choose Tattoo Remoov™ over other techniques?
The Tattoo Remoov™ technique is a natural and safe way to remove tattoos. The product contains no harmful ingredients and the healing time is faster compared to other methods. Also, this method is non-aggressive, non-invasive and doesn’t require anaesthetic of any type. Unlike laser removal, the ink does not get broken down into smaller molecules and enter the lymphatic system to be passed out of the body. Instead, the ink is dissolved by the Tattoo Remoov™ solution and any remaining ink brought up to the surface of the skin is simply wiped with a cotton pad and thrown away. Clients are often amazed when they see how much ink is removed from their skin after being shown the cotton pads.
What should I expect after a Tattoo Remoov™ treatment?
Immediately after the procedure the client’s skin might appear slightly red however, the redness disappears within 4-5 days. Minor swelling or discomfort might also appear. Most individuals go out and about with their normal lives without any interruptions if the aftercare protocol is followed correctly. As with most beauty procedures, the individual must not apply any makeup on the treated area for at least 7 days and should avoid sun tanning or swimming until 10 days after treatment. Genna will go through the aftercare instructions with you and give you an information booklet, GennAesthetics 100% Natural Baby Soap (Click here) and a pot of healing balm. How many sessions are necessary to complete remove a cosmetic tattoo?
This depends on the person’s age, type of skin, immune system, the age and depth of the tattoo, as well as the type of pigment that was used. Some SPMU can be easily removed in up to 5 sessions. Unfortunately there is no way of predicting exactly how many sessions each individual will need. Some clients have saturated their skin after having years of top up SPMU procedures. These tattoos are more difficult to remove but not impossible.
Can you remove all pigment/ink colors?
Yes, the Tattoo Remoov™ technique using needles TR88® safely removes ALL colours of cosmetic or body tattoo as well as hair scalp micro-pigmentation.
Can this technique be used on everyone?
Yes, the procedure can be safely performed on any type of healthy skin however, just like in most beauty procedures, the Tattoo Remoov™ cannot be performed on pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals going through chemo/radio therapy, or those who are immune deficient or have advanced diabetes unless consent from their doctor has been given. If you have had laser, acid or saline tattoo removal done elsewhere, it is imperative that you inform Genna at your consultation. If you were to have a Tattoo Remoov treatment within 6 months of any of those treatments then you would be at risk of seriously damaging your skin. It is highly important that you allow your skin to fully heal for at least 6 months before having this treatment.
Country of Origin/Certificate of Free Sale:
Tattoo Remoov™ is made in the USA by Cynergy Laboratories located in New York. A Certificate of Free Sale has been issued by the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce to both the laboratory and Linda Paradis Product. A Certificate of Free Sale is evidence that goods, such as food items, cosmetics, biologics, or medical devices are legally sold or distributed in the open market, freely without restriction, and approved by the regulatory authorities (FDA) in the country of origin, in this case, the United States. The Certificate of Free Sale issued by the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce on October 25, 2016 is available for review upon request.

The Material Safety Data Sheet is a document that contains information on the potential hazards (health, fire, reactivity and environmental) and how to work safely with the chemical product. It is an essential starting point for the development of a complete health and safety program. The MSDS for the tattoo removal product contains information on the use, storage, shelf life, composition and information on the ingredients, among of other important information. The MSDS contains much more information about the material than the label. MSDS reports are prepared by the supplier or manufacturer of the material. It is intended to tell what the hazards of the product are, how to use the product safely, what to expect if the recommendations are not followed, what to do if accidents occur, how to recognize symptoms of overexposure, and what to do if such incidents occur.
Even though the Tattoo Remoov™ product along with needles 88RS® is a safe product that contains no acids or saline solutions, we will be happy to provide you with a copy of the MSDS report for your review having your comfort in mind.
CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal)
Having the safety of European professionals in mind, the Linda Paradis Group has also filed a CPNP registration. The CPNP is an electronic interface that supports the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products. In practical legal terms, but not literally, The CPNP in Europe is somewhat compared to the FDA in the USA.
